Interim Pastor

Derald is retired from Missouri Baptist Children’s Home where he served as the Director of Public Relations from 2000 – 2014 and Vice President from 2014 – 2022. He spent most of his professional career in various administrative and teaching capacities at 3 Baptist Colleges (Southwest Baptist University, Union University and Louisiana College) and Missouri Baptist Children’s Home.
Derald was called to the ministry and began pastoring as a 17-year-old high school senior. He has served as bi-vocational or interim pastor of numerous churches in Missouri, Tennessee and Louisiana and has preached in more than 100 churches over the past 50+ years.
Derald has been married to Twila for 48 years. They have two (2) married daughters and five (5) grandchildren. He enjoys watching sports – especially the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Kansas City Chiefs and Missouri Tigers.

Church Secretary

Megan has served as our church secretary since 2022.  Megan and her husband Michael previously served in many areas of the church including worship. They have three children who keep them busy outside of church with sports and other extracurricular activities.

Financial Secretary

Kris previously served as our church secretary from 2000 until her retirement in 2022. She returned in November of 2025 as our financial secretary when the opportunity arose. She enjoys spending her time with her grandchildren, and hosting "Fun Craft Fridays" with them. Kris also has 2 dogs that keep her on her toes!
