Here at Fellowship You will be challenged to grow in your relationship with God, pursue relationships with others, and serve the world around you. James Cheney
Pastor of Youth and Missions
Starting in March of 2023, James works primarily with our youth students. It seems you will always find James offering to help both inside and outside the church. Growing up in Missouri you will also find James trying to enjoy the outdoors in ways like running trails or flying drones. “I love to try new things, but the best thing I tried was starting a relationship with Jesus.”
Dave Evans
Associate Pastor
Dave has been in pastoral ministry for about 30 years. He first came to Fellowship as Youth pastor in 1992 and served until 2009. He served as Senior Pastor of Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Church until 2018. Then, in February 2021, he came back to Fellowship as the Associate Pastor. Dave has a degree in Ministry and Administration at Missouri Baptist University and has been married to his lovely bride Edith for 46 years. Together, they have 4 adult children who have blessed them with 11 grandchildren. When he’s not serving or spending time with his family, you can find him on the greens, on the lake, or in the deer stand.
Melissa Seal
Worship Leader & Ministry Assistant
Melissa has served as Worship Leader at Fellowship since 2012. Melissa and her husband Jason, lead the praise band and invite the congregation to the throne each week to experience the presence of God. They have two active boys who plan on following in Mom and Dad’s footsteps.
Megan Leady
Church Secretary
Megan has served as our church secretary since 2022. Megan and her husband Michael, serve in many areas of the church including worship. They have three young children who keep them busy outside of church, and all of our children's ministry volunteers inside church too! Per Megan, "the only thing people really need to know about me is that I love Jesus, my village of people, and all of God's animals-big and small!"
